Holy Cross Campus Ministry

Our mission at Holy Cross Campus Ministry is "Growing Gospel-centered disciples of Jesus Christ for life."

We are a campus ministry, linked to Holy Cross Kearney, but open to any young adult 18-25 - students, full-time workers, military, etc. We create a warm environment where young adults can grow in leadership, grow in Christ, and grow in friendship with one another. We meet Monday nights for dinner and bible study at 7 pm at our Discipleship House. We give students study Bibles and teach them how to read them well. We like it when students ask the hard questions about faith and life!

Our ministry funds three young adult interns who are central to our campus ministry. Together with her interns, Megan connects with young adults in our community to see how they're doing mentally, physically, and spiritually. You'll often find Megan or one of the interns out for coffee with students. We also go to urban St Louis every October break to serve our sister church, Bethlehem, and their community and grow in our multicultural understanding. Bethlehem is doing mighty things in a county that has been ranked at the top for murder in the U.S. We have travelled there the last 6 years and have a strong relationship with them. We serve them, grow in our multicultural understanding, and bring that knowledge and love back to our Kearney community.
