Buffalo County Community Partners exists to tackle social issues beyond the reach of any single individual or organization.

For years, Buffalo County Community Partners has helped our community by combining the essential ingredients of listening deeply, collecting evidence, identifying gaps, and gathering people. From this we've launched and strengthened programs like RYDE, the HelpCare Clinic, the Buffalo County Youth Advisory Board, an enhanced Kearney Area Farmer's Market, and a family friendly Cruise Nite.

We don't just solve problems, we build systems that last. As a natural convener, effective facilitator, and data translator, we bring people together to create a healthier, stronger Buffalo County.
