The American Red Cross is there to help people affected by disasters big and small.
During 2024, the American Red Cross provided:
• Help and hope to 9 families who experienced a disaster of a home fire.
• Hosted190 blood drives and collected more than 3,743 units of blood and blood products.
• Provided services to 27 military members, veterans, and their families in times of emergency.
• Supported by 27 local, active volunteers who are trained to provide vital care and comfort.
Funds raised during Give Where You Live will be used to support Kearney and Buffalo County.
