In 2024, our club celebrated 60 years of service to the Kearney Community! We sponsor activities throughout the year that are geared toward the children of the area. This year we held our annual Punt, Pass, and Kick contest, and over 40 kids participated! Our winners are eligible to compete at the Nebraska District state PPK contest in Lincoln, and last year, several of our kids won awards at the state contest.



We also assist Kearney Parks and Recreation with Family Fishing at the Yanney Park Heritage Days. We grill around 600 hotdogs to serve to the kids and their families after the fishing is done. The kids have a blast! This year we served nearly every hotdog we grilled!



We raise funds each year with our American Flag hanging project. We hang American Flags for local businesses 9 times during the year for a $30 donation. We have been providing this service to Kearney businesses for over 30 years!
